NEW!!! INTRODUCTION TO YOGA FOUNDATION COURSE STARTS WEDNESDAY 8TH JANUARY 2020 11.30 am

“Everything you need you already have within you”

Suitable for absolute beginners – all you need is to be able to breathe and get down on the floor!!

Each class will include:
~ Exploration of breathwork and synchronisation to movement
~ Yoga postures broken down and looked at in depth – to include alignment of body and  benefits and precautions for each posture
~ Introduction to the philosophy behind yoga
~ 10 minutes of deep guided meditative  relaxation

All yoga mats and props provided – wear loose clothing and bare feet. It is best not to eat within the 2 hours before a yoga class.

This course is a wonderful preparation and foundation for the general yoga classes run by Minded Yoga Winchester.

Time: 11.30 am – 12.40 pm
Dates: 8th January 2020 – 12th February 2020 (6 sessions)
Drop in sessions are not advisable for this course as the classes build cumulatively week to week.

Cost: £60.00 for 6 sessions of 1 hour 10 minutes
