SIMPLE MOVEMENT, BREATHWORK AND MEDITATION CLASS

A grounding, moving, breathing, mindful 30 minute session from 8.00am to 8.30am which is equally for people who have no experience as well as those who wish to build on their practice. This gentle class will include:
- Different forms of breathwork to calm the mind;
- Simple movement to ease, stretch and release the body; leading into
- Two guided meditation practices
This will all lead us to a place of stillness and calm …….
Research has shown that meditational practices boost our immunity; improve focus; help us to sleep better; lowers blood pressure; brings a sense of perspective and wellbeing.
Our session will use simple traditional means to lead us into a deeply relaxed state of mind ready to face our day and week ahead.
£15.00 For five sessions booked and paid for in advance
£4.00 Drop in Session
The five sessions will be conducted via Zoom so it will be necessary to download the free apphttps://zoom.us/ . Once you have booked your place and paid you will receive an invitation to the sessions. The zoom room will open 15 minutes before the session to enable the opportunity to share and ask questions.
