If it is inner peace and stillness and a better nights sleep that you crave then this Yoga for Anxiety class is especially for you. These sessions are based on the 10 week Yoga4Health course that is taught within the NHS and offers a new tool each week that you can draw upon whenever you are feeling overwhelmed or stressed.
The one hour class is offered free to those who have completed the 10 week NHS course or who have been referred via their GP or Social Prescriber. The session will include calming breathwork, gentle movement for 30 minutes (this can be done on a chair or yoga mat) and 10 minutes of deep guided relaxation – all leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and clear headed. If you are unsure as to whether you qualify for a free space then do contact me so I can advise you.
Please email me if you would be interested in attending the 5 sessions. The course is cumulative and to receive the most benefit it is advised that you practice between sessions. Drop ins are £10 a session
