If any of these are out of balance or blocked then it will affect the other two …and ultimately our inner comfort and peace.

Yoga therapy uses all the above to help us to heal. …. The mind is plastic and has the ability to evolve and change and therefore we do not have to live with challenges that disturb our inner peace.
