We all need to take some time out from the rat race of our daily lives and totally indulge ourselves in some deep deep relaxation and self care
This calming and rejuvenating session will involve:
* A short set of gentle yoga postures incorporating slow and long stretches, using a bolster to give support, comfort and rest
* A 15 minute Body Scan to invite deep and meditative relaxation, leaving you peacefully calm
Suitable equally for complete beginners and more experienced yogis who are looking to relax. The main focus of the session will be to allow you to rest and rejuvenate whilst softly lengthening and stretching your muscles in a deep and supportive way
As it is in the evening and probably not long before bedtime the whole session will be aimed at preparing you for a restful and restorative night’s sleep.
