With the busy and stressful lead up to Christmas it is even more important to find some time for self care and compassion towards ourselves.  Being more relaxed we will find that not only will we enjoy our life more but so will the people around us.


These new yoga sessions will run for one hour from 7.20pm to 8.30pm and will include relaxing yoga postures; breathwork and meditation, ending with 15 minutes of  guided yoga nidra relaxation


During the session you will:


  • Deeply relax your body and mind using postures that naturally induce a state of relaxation and restoration


  • Stretch and flex your body


  • Bring relief from insomnia and erratic sleep patterns


  • Calm a busy intrusive mind


  • Learn to find and connect to your inner peace

Time: 7.20pm – 8.30pm


Place:  The Yoga Room, St Cross, Winchester


Investment: £11.00 drop in class or £ £40.00 for the four sessions up to Christmas from 28th November to 19th December
