For those who have completed the Beginners Meditation Course or Workshop or who have practised a guided meditation in Shivasana at the end of a yoga class, or who would like to continue to deepen their practice.
Each Meditation Class will include:
- Releasing the tension of the body with some gentle yoga asana
- Releasing the stress of the mind with some calming breathwork
- Learning to be with our minds in a way that will help us slow down the rumination and chatter and allow us to connect to our inner peace
Cost: £10 a session or £9.00 per session if all 5 sessions are booked and paid for in advance
