We are all trying to find ways to help us dance in the rain … and fortunately the glorious sunny weather is helping us to do this … Yoga, breathwork and meditation are also wonderful tools which are always there ready to help us dance again ..
It has been uplifting to have so many of you booking for the new blocks of yoga and meditation sessions. With online classes there is no limit to how many people can join in so for the new classes this week and to help you commit to even more practice I am offering the following:
Book one block at full price; the second will be Half Price and a Third block of sessions is absolutely FREE!!
The new blocks of yoga and meditation sessions will include breathwork, yoga postures and meditation to help bring a sense of calm, steadiness, peace and grounding in these unprecedented times of challenge.
Each class will include:
- time to settle and ground
- breath practices to calm and balance, increase lung strength and capacity
- movement to strengthen, ease, flex and rejuvenate
- restorative meditative relaxation to boost immunity and strengthen the central nervous system
Yoga classes will also include some yoga philosophy to help find our way through this chaos and uncertainty alongside a focus on our core stability.
Tuesdays 8.00 am – 8.30 am Beginners Meditation
Gentle movement and breathwork to allow us to drop into 20 minutes of guided meditation

Wednesdays 10.00 am – 11.10 am General Yoga
General class for those who have practiced yoga before – includes breathwork, yoga philosophy and mindfulness ending with 10 minutes of deep guided relaxation. Whilst working with the whole body there will be an additional focus on bringing release to the shoulders and neck during this class.

Wednesdays 11.30 am – 12.40 pm Beginners Yoga
For complete beginners who are able to get onto the floor and move with relative ease
Thursdays 5.50 pm – 7.00 pm General Yoga
Content as above plus whilst working with the whole body there will be an additional focus on bringing back strength and release to the lower back during this class.

Thursdays 8.30 pm – 9.30 pm Beginners Meditation
Guided Meditation Class using breathwork and movement to help us connect more deeply and lead us into at least 40 minutes of 3 separate guided meditations. All of this will leave you calm, clear headed and focussed but above all deeply relaxed ready for a blissful night’s sleep!

All the above sessions run for 5 consecutive weeks via an interactive Zoom session.
The price is £30.00 for the full block of 5 sessions (£6.00 a session) or £8.00 for a drop in session; with the exception of the Tuesday morning meditation which is £15.00 for the block and £4.00 drop in.
