INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION WORKSHOP

In person – In Winchester**

THURSDAY 4TH NOVEMBER 7.30PM & FRIDAY 5TH NOVEMBER 10AM

This workshop is suitable those who have not meditated before or would like to understand some new ways to “drop in” to a quiet mind or learn a little more about the background to meditation and why/how it works. You will learn simple techniques on how to practice and realise just how easy it can be to find peace of mind.

Equally those with some meditation practice will gain from deepening their process.

BEGINNERS MEDITATION WORKSHOP Thurs 4th Nov 7.30 pm & Fri 5th Nov 10am

**Currently these workshops are IN PERSON, however, if you would prefer to attend online please let me know and I will look at changing one session to live online and keep the other in person.
