If you suffer from lower back pain or would like guidance as to how to keep your back healthy, this workshop is for you. During the two hour session of yoga, mindfulness and deep relaxation you will:
- Centre, ground and relax your body and mind
- Learn safe yoga postures to bring relief from back pain
- Use spinal mobility and core stability to strengthen your back and core
- Stretch and soften tight muscles
- Look at body awareness and pain management
- Learn postures to build a daily home practice
Mats, cushions and props will be provided
Wear loose clothing and bare feet and it is advisable not to eat for two hours before the workshop.
There are limited spaces so early booking is advisable.
