Hello everyone and welcome to another day!
I find that journaling can be a wonderful way to express our feelings on paper … it can clear our head, get more perspective and is lovely to refer back to at a later time. It helps us to make some sense of a world that is changing so rapidly…..
Online classes continue this week on the same days and times apart from the Thursday night meditation class which will be at 8.30pm so we can all cheer, clap and drum the wonderful and dedicated NHS staff.
The Zoom links remain the same each week and will be sent to you if you email/text me ….Please share with your family and friends, young and old, all can join us, there is no limit …..
