DO YOU GET A GOOD NIGHT’S SLEEP AND WAKE REFRESHED AND READY TO FACE THE DAY WITH ENERGY AND CLARITY??
Just how many of us get a good night’s sleep and wake refreshed, clear headed and ready to face the day? We all find that at times we wake for no reason in the middle of the night or early in the morning and just cannot go back to sleep. This can be for any number of reasons but is often a wake-up call to something unresolved in our lives, whether it be just a concern about work or something deeper. Our body moves from being relatively quite calm into a state of stress with the mind buzzing and the body activated.
The good news is that there are many ways we can transport ourselves back to a peaceful state and go back to sleep and wake refreshed.
Using breathing, mindfulness and meditation techniques, along with working with the “layers” or sheaths that make us the person we are, I plan to run a short Sleep Recovery Course starting on 9th May 2019 from 7.30 – 8.45 pm.
We will look at
- Our Circadian Rhythms
- Our diet
- What we do each day that affects our sleep
- What we do in the hour leading up to going to sleep
- Listening to what our body is telling us
But above all you will learn some powerful breathing techniques and a sleep inducing yoga practice – with a handout to take away with you at the end of the course – and you will gain some tools to help you either fall sleep or back to sleep, and with less chance of waking again before morning ….
