BEGINNERS YOGA FOR ANXIETY – FIVE SESSIONS
(6 sessions £54.00 or Drop in £10)
Thursdays starting 7th January 2021 7.30pm – 8.30 pm
This class is for anyone who is challenged by stress, anxiety, panic attacks and insomnia
The session will include breathwork, simple yoga movement (which can be done on a chair or a mat) and relaxation techniques
NB. All classes are inclusive, nobody will ever be turned away. There are concessions for NHS workers and those on low or much reduced income – please ask for further information.
