Have you ever wondered what it would be like to stop the chattering of the mind, to let go of the worries that seem to be ever present and to connect to an inner stillness and peace? To allow yourself to connect back to your original self, the self that was there before Life’s events came along and created the stresses and pain we all experience from time to time. Being peaceful is not about the depth or type of pain or stress that Life sends our way, but rather, how we deal with it. Meditation helps us find a way to be with whatever arises and yet stay more calm and grounded amongst the turmoil.
A sense of calm is available to us all – it is only a question of focus and practice and it can be yours to keep. However, to begin with we have to take the first step – to make the decision to commit to change.
BEGINNERS MEDITATION WORKSHOP

10am – 11.30am £12.00
This workshop is for those who have not meditated before or would like to understand a little more about the background to meditation and why/how it works. Also to learn how to practice and understand just how simple it is to find some peace of mind.
It is also for those who would like to deepen their practice or learn new and simple ways to “drop in” to meditation.
