NEW Online Timetable for the Autumn Term 2020

 For this first half term and for the foreseeable future all my classes and private sessions will continue online.

I believe this is the only way to ensure that we, and all those with whom we come into contact can remain as safe as possible.

 Exciting new commitments with yoga on prescription mean that from September I am adjusting my yoga timetable. Daytime general yoga sessions will move from Wednesdays at 10 am to Tuesdays at 10 am.

The new yoga timetable will be as follows from September 2020:

Monday Evenings 7pm-9pm – Yoga on Prescription via the NHS – 10 weeks starting 5th October 2020

This free course is for those at risk of or with heart disease, chronic pain, low mood, stress, anxiety, depression, diabetes or other chronic health issues.  Referrals to the course should be via your GP and after discussion with the Social Prescriber.  Spaces are limited to 15 and are already filling.  For information on this transformative yoga course you can contact me directly to self-refer or contact your GP or Social Prescriber at your doctor’s surgery who will refer you to the course.

TuesdaysGeneral Yoga Class – 6 Sessions: £54.00

8th September – 13th October        10am-11.10am

Intermediate class for those yogis who have some experience

ThursdaysGeneral Yoga Class – 6 Sessions: £54.00

10th September – 15th October          5.50pm- 7.00pm

Blocks of 6 sessions can be booked in advance for £54.00.  If you know at the time of booking that you cannot make a session then reduce your payment by £9.00.  Once booked and paid for classes can be transferred to another session (ie Wednesday morning if you booked for Thursday evening and vice versa) in the same block but not to a new block.

Drop in Sessions  £10.00 with payment due before the session.

If you are new to my classes then before joining it will be necessary to complete a health questionnaire.
